For private residences, hotels and resorts, advice on staffing, training programs and private service management is provided. We assess your needs and advise on appropriate staff to ensure the smooth running of a single property or several, in the city, beach or country … or all three.

Staffing advice and placement can also be provided for boats and planes as well as personal assistants and chiefs of staff for residence or corporate.

Training your staff

The Australian Butler School runs training courses throughout the year on all aspects of residential and estate management.These courses cover a comprehensive range of subjects from valeting and food and beverage service to cigar appreciation, pet care and vehicle maintenance. Skills and techniques are taught for the professional and efficient management of one home or several.
